 John Salvino has 25+ years of experience in commercial and residential real estate including investing, managing, sales and leasing for a variety of asset classes.  John is President of Midwest Property Management  and a partner in MP Realty Partners based in Lawrence, KS.   John has been a partner, investor and manager of more than 30 projects ranging from multi-family, office and retail.

Karry Salvino plays a crucial role in ensuring that short-term rentals are well-designed and equipped to provide guests with a memorable experience. By focusing on procuring high-quality supplies and equipment, Karry enhances the overall guest experience while also ensuring the longevity of the items purchased. This attention to detail not only reflects a commitment to guest satisfaction but also speaks to the importance of sustainability and cost-effectiveness in property management. 

 

Nick Salvino's background in exercise science brings a unique perspective to his role in real estate, particularly in short-term rental management. His experience lends itself well to understanding the importance of guest satisfaction and the nuances of hospitality. By overseeing day-to-day interactions with guests, Nick ensures that their needs are met and that they have a positive experience during their stay.

Additionally, Nick's passion for bodybuilding and his experience as a competitive bodybuilder indicates that he is disciplined, dedicated, and skilled at building relationships with clients.
